Marcus was AMAZING! He did an excellent job in all ways. Went above and beyond to help us. Price was very reasonable and he did not try to take advantage of of us in any way. Would definitely recommend this company and service man anytime.

We only selected Jim Dyer Overhead Door because he answered the phone on Sunday, after hours. When his worker arrived, he was upbeat, moved with urgency, knowledgeable and offered additional services. He worked quickly, efficiently, and only charged $145.00 as he was already working in Dayton that day. If a businessman answers his phone on a holiday weekend, after business hours, you can bet they value your patronage.

Jim Dyer was very responsive when I called for garage door repair. He showed up within an hour, assessed the problem, and fixed it. He explained what was wrong and what he did. Not only that, then he oiled everything. DEFINITELY will call him again if there's another problem.

Jim Dyer is a great guy who calls you immediately and comes out when he says he will. After going through many companies who charged me a lot of money he came in extremely reasonable. I needed to put a new seal on the bottom of my garage door. other company said I needed a brand new door but he said there's a way to fix this even though it's older model he can support it better and he charged me $300 to do the whole job. He's an independent and very responsible with years of experience. Highly recommend her phone is on his way.

What a great experience with Dyer’s Overhead Garage Door Service. I called two other five-star rated garage door service companies that didn't even bother to call... Ever. I called all three companies at 6:40 AM just passed 7 AM I received a phone call from Jim Dyer. He was courteous and efficient had the part in stock and quickly sent a competent repair man to fix what was needed and I was up and rolling again. Marcus the serviceman who came out to my home did a Fantastic job fixing my door... And giving it a complete tuneup. I would use this company again and recommend it to my friends!

We called Jim on a Thursday to come give us a quote on a new garage door. He came out, measured and provided us with a quote, which by the way, was $400.00 less than the price quoted us by a Reno company. He called us on Friday to schedule the installation for the next Tuesday. He arrived on time and completed the entire job in 2 hours. He was courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future when the time comes to replace our garage door opener.

Very pleased with the repair and service, James was my technician, very polite, and excellent service. The price was fair, 2 new springs, safety check and tune-up. Now I also have a year-long warranty but I don't think I'll need to use it as he did a great job. Thank you James. I am happy and will recommend this company to other others.
